​How Do I Place An Order?

 

You can order online by pressing the buy button.

You can get in touch via email or telephone if you require anymore details.

You can visit us at our studio in Deal , Kent by appointment only.

Please remember we usually only have one of each product due to the nature of our shop.

If you wish to reserve an item that is still work in progress, get in touch. We will require a deposit of 50%.

Payment and Shipping

We are a very small company however we will always aim to post your items within 1 day of you placing order.

How long the delivery takes depends on which option you choose. Then it will be down to the courier/ postal service.

Postage will be determined by the weight and dimensions of your item.

If you are buying large items like furniture and wish to arrange your own collection then we are happy with this too. Please make sure we have due notice of when you would like to pick up your item.

We can arrange International delivery at the buyers expense. Again postage will be determined by the weight of the product.

Locals - We will deliver FREE to Deal & Walmer.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We accept -  Credit Cards , Paypal  and Cash.

Cash - If you wish to collect in person.

If you live in the Deal area we offer free delivery

​Returns & Refunds

We sell antique & vintage pieces so none of our products are new.

They all have their own unique personality!

We try to show as many photos as possible and describe the item correctly.

The weight and dimensions of the products are listed.

Feel free to contact us if you need any more details.

If you are not happy with your purchase because you believe we have mislead you in anyway then we will of course offer a refund but we will NOT cover the cost of the return postage. 

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do.
