Before following her dream and heading off to Paris for LeCoq Catherine gained a Master Degree in Mathematics having promised her parents she would have something to fall back on if the acting career did not happen. This was no hardship as she loved maths too!
Catherine then moved to Paris having gained a place at LeCoq. There she developed a creative bond & partnership with two other actors who she then went on to form the award winning theatre company The Brouhaha. Over the next 12 years they devised and performed shows all over the world to much acclaim. Catherine then went on to collaborate with the likes of Told by an Idiot and Improbable.
Catherine's first venture in television was on a kids show on the BBC called Brum. Decades later she still gets odd looks and hears the whisper 'Is that Polly Pick Pocket!"
